Strength training begins in the handball school's with sit-ups, backlift, push-ups, jumps and condition. If you hace girls in practice focus on jumps and if you have boys in practice focus on push-ups. Boys and girls are equal in the extension of the back and sit-riddled

 

The year after handball school we make exercises that combines strength and coordination in an exercise. After 11 years the coordination practice becomes one schooled automation coordination of movements.
