How do we coach mini handball?    

We give only two instructions and playing "man to man"!    

Has the opposite team ball so we ask our players who they have to mark!

1. Who do you have? Ludvig!, which player do you have?

The players shall look at his opponent and not the ball.    

If your own team gets the ball then we say to the player who received the ball that he should directly run and try to make a goal. 

2. Go,go try to make a goal!, Lea! run and make goal!

Explain to the players that they first tries to make a goal and in second though maybe think of doing a throw to a team mate..

To think of as coach ...  

If you scream pass the ball when little Ake gets the ball, then this is the first thing little Ake will think about when he gets the ball next time. You and me wants Ake to thinking of making a goal.

Supose Lea gets the ball and run with eight steps over the court and make a goal! Now you dont scream "NO, NO". First give her encouragement, Well done, nice goal! And then you but on the next task for her with following, Next time you make a goal try to bounce on the way to the gaol and then make a goal.

Explain for all the players that itīs allowed to shoot from the goalkeeper, throw in and penelty throw ad corner.
