Easier to teach a player to grab the ball with using the "magic triangle of handball"

 

that the player must catch the ball with the thumb, index and inches as the three fingers to form a triangle. Long finger and ring finger, then placed in a slight bend at the top of the ball.

 

Teach a player to grab with both right and left.

Level 1 keep the ball in shooting hand, and then make a circle around the body of the height of the breast and alternately change hands.

 

Level 2 keep the ball in shooting hand and make a circular motion over the body and alternately change hands.

Level 3 keep the ball in shooting hand. The player is standing with the feet apart. By then the ball in a figure eight around and between the legs.
